Event Description:
Join Middlesex United Way and Middlesex United Way Young Leaders Society at 30 Mile Brewing Co. and bring an unused children's book or two to donate! Your book(s) will go to Middlesex United Way partner agencies that serve young children in Middlesex County. Attendees will enjoy delicious brews & light refreshments while networking alongside fellow young professionals.
We need your help to ensure students are ready to learn by school entry, and children are reading at grade level by the end of 3rd grade, and your donation helps to make that possible. Studies have shown that students who are provided these books have a greater likelihood of reaching short term, as well as long term, educational milestones.
Please bring your favorite book from childhood or check out our list of recommended reads to get an idea!
