Event Description:
New Haven Middlesex Realtors is offering this course that is one of the mandatory requirements for obtaining your Real Estate Broker License.
 
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT DCP and the Real Estate Commission. Attendees will be awarded 6 elective CE credits for their 2022 CT Real Estate renewal. Topics include: Organizational Structure; Human Resources; Business Policies & Procedures; CMA/Valuation/BPO; Marketing & Advertising; Legal Documents; CAM requirements overview and more.

Class will be held live via Zoom.
