New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class - “Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate”. This is a mandatory course for 2020-2022 Real Estate license renewal.

This course is approved for 3 Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020 Real Estate License Renewal and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission.  Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact.
