Chief Kronenberger will provide an overview of the four phases of the City of Middletown’s emergency management - preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation.
 
Jim Jackson
Business Counselor, CT Small Business Development Center
Jim will provide an overview of the resources available to the business community through the Connecticut Small Business Development Center and PrepareCT.com.
 
Josh White, Manager of Gas Preparedness, Eversource
Josh will provide an overview of Eversource's emergency response and assistance provided to Columbia Gas during this year's Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts natural gas incident. 

Jeff Pugliese
Vice President, Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce
Jeff will provide a look into the chamber’s process as it developed its own Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Plan.
