Get your CAMP on and Enjoy an Evening of Fun by the Fire
Andover, CONN--On Saturday, June 1, Channel 3 Kids Camp will hold its 2nd annual Fun by the Fire fundraising event. This unique, adults-only celebration will be presented by Highland Park Market.
The event will take place at the Channel 3 Kids Camp, 73 Times Farm Road, Andover, CT and will feature food and drinks from some of Connecticut’s top chefs and restaurants.
Beginning at 6:00 p.m., guests will enjoy live music by The Cartells, flowerpot drawings, balloon chances, carnival games with a twist, campfires, adult crafts and dancing under the stars. The evening runs until 10:00 p.m.
Food and beverages will be provided by a selection of Connecticut restaurants that, to date, include The Oyster Club/Engine Room, Max Downtown, Geno Auriemma’s Restaurant Group, Mulberry Street, Lucky Taco, The Gelston House, Bistro on Main, Luigi’s, and Patty Cakes.
Tickets for Fun by the Fire are $100 per person and proceeds will benefit Channel 3 Kids Camp. They can be purchased at https://www.channel3kidscamp.org/fbtf. The event will be held rain or shine, with all activities under an open-air pavilion and canopy party tents.
Channel 3 Kids Camp believes that ALL children deserve a camp experience. Its mission is to provide fun year-round opportunities to children of all abilities, families, and communities through recreational and educational programs that promote diversity, acceptance, and environmental appreciation. The nonprofit organization offers traditional overnight and day camp summer programs, respite weekends, school vacation day camp, a teen leadership program, a year-round childcare center and weekend group rentals.
