This workshop will provide participants an opportunity to increase their self-awareness, enhance their communication skills, and improve teamwork and collaboration.
  • Explore individual work-styles through the DiSC model to gain a deeper understanding of their impact on staff interactions and team culture
 
  • Develop a deeper appreciation of the strengths of style groups and identify opportunities to leverage each more effectively
 
  • Increase self-awareness about how individual styles manifest in our daily work and impact our ability to communicate and collaborate with others
 
  • Learn tips and strategies to work more effectively with individuals of different styles.
