MEWS+ Open House

Come on down to the MEWS May 13th to check out our space updates and the launch of a new version of our website! The event will run from 5-7 pm and we’ll be having free food and drinks to celebrate.

We’ve been working hard at the MEWS+ to build the entrepreneur community and its time to show it off a little, celebrate and prepare to kick it into high gear!

This event will feature:
A fresh look at the MEWS+, a co-working space and so much more!

THE MEWS+ is all about the “CO”:
COllaborative—creating a platform for entrepreneurs to share and build ideas into businesses
COmmunicative—broadening and increasing the communication between various public, private and institutional organizations
COworking—600+ Sq. Ft. facility above the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce with an open and interactive atmosphere
COmmunity—creating a truly innovative partnership of entrepreneurs and professional resources for building the future economy of Middlesex County

This “Open House” will also feature:

The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce is the organizer and host of The MEWS+
Our goals are:

 To bring creative entrepreneurs and freelancers together in a fun, productive work environment

To offer a solution to the problem of isolation that many independent business owners experience when working at home or in a solo office

To free people from the distractions of home or attempting to work in a coffee shop

To get Wesleyan and college level students more engaged in the local business community by offering exposure to a wide variety of businesses and industry sectors

To provide a Virtual Office Address & Professional Meeting Space for our resident entrepreneurs!
