The Middletown Worker Preparation Program which works to strategically prepare Middletown residents for employment and connect them to employment opportunities in and around the City of Middletown.
The Middlesex County Job Seeker and Employer Outreach and Recruitment Initiative which provides clients with access to a comprehensive job database for Middlesex County in the key fields of Health Care, Manufacturing, and Information Technology and other STEM related fields.
Middlesex Youth Development Career Services which is designed to empower out of school youth ages 16-24 providing them on the job training, paid internships or access to certificate programs.
The Middletown Summer Youth Employment Program which teaches our young people the fundamentals of employment and what it takes to succeed in the workplace. Applicants are put through a comprehensive pre-employment screening process and then placed into the best possible employment situation for that individual.
The Professional Training & Development Program which offers free classes that provide individuals with the necessary skills to compete in the modern and evolving workforce. Classes offered include: Grant Writing, Business Writing, Mastering the Art and Science of Negotiation, Managing Yourself and Leading Others, Identifying Opportunities in Market Trends, Strategic Leadership, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel, Advanced Word, Learn the 4 Steps to Make Social Media Work for You, Word Press / Insight Into Creating Your Own Website, Career/Personal Coaching & Create your Digital Footprint. Classes are available live online, as well as in person.
