Chef Robaina classically trained at the famed French Culinary Institute and has worked with some of the culinary world’s most respected chefs, including Chef Douglas Rodriguez, Chef David Bouley, and Executive Chef Monique Barbeau at the James Beard Award-Winning Fuller’s Restaurant in Seattle. After a groundbreaking run at the prestigious Pond House Café in West Hartford as the Executive Chef, Chef Robaina launched Ani’s Table, Distinctive Food & Catering in 2019. She is a regular guest chef at Weekend Kitchen in Essex, CT, and a frequent culinary talent on WFSB’s Better Connecticut, Fox 61 Meal House, and NBC’s CT Style.

Edward Noble has owned several businesses including Noble Construction & Management located in Essex, and 1233 Silas Deane LLC in Wethersfield. Edward, a devoted family man, is married to Tammy LeFoll with whom he has two children. Edward also has two adult children and one grandchild. Edward takes great pride in his family. Having owned a Construction Company for over fifty years, Edward has a solid business background along with the handyman skills necessary to get things done around the Center. He takes great pride in the fact that he designed and built the sensory tables in the Beach Room at Noble Care.
