Celebrate Summer with a classic lobster boil on the shores of the Long Island Sound. This event will take place on our lawn adjacent to our private beach.
Our Executive Chef will man the outdoor fire pit for this classic summertime favorite. Enjoy the fresh seafood of the summer with family and friends.
MENU • Welcome Cocktail • Display Table: varietal of East Coast Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, remoulade, cocktail sauce and lemon wedges • Passed Canape: Summer Bruschetta on toasted baguette • New England Clam Chowder • 1 1/2 pound Boiled Lobsters with drawn butter, lemon wedges and broth • Topneck clams • Pemaquid Mussels • Rosemary Lemon rubbed chicken breast • Native Corn on the Cob • Andouille Sausage • Red Bliss Potatoes • Homemade Corn Bread • Coleslaw • Chef's Homemade Dessert
Dinner will be served family style. Groups will be sat with their reservation group. Max table size 12 guests. Libations: Full Bar Service Available. Additional fee.
