Karra DeBowes, joined Merit Financial Advisors in 2020 and is the Client Development Manager and Branch Operations Manager. Karra splits her time marketing to potential clients and ensuring the office is compliant.
 
After graduating from Fordham University in 2006 with a BS in Business Administration, Karra started her career in financial services then transitioned to the entertainment industry. She worked at Viacom Media Networks and WWE as Director of Operations.
 
Karra grew up in New Jersey and moved to Connecticut in 2012 with her husband, Kevin. In early 2020, Karra decided to make a career change to be closer to home and found the opportunity at Merit through the local Working Mom’s FB Group.
 
Karra lives in Wilton, CT with her family and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, listening to podcasts, and reading.

Over 20 years of experience working with executive leadership teams, charged with overseeing business development, project implementation initiatives, assessing existing processes, and developing strategies to achieve optimal performance. Possess extensive knowledge managing complex business operational needs and offering recommendations for improvement. Served as the primary facilitator for executive leadership team meetings, both virtually and in-person, and provided management consulting support to address a variety of priorities. Strong understanding of conducting market analysis studies to assess competitive advantages and areas of opportunities. Possess an array of experiences working locally, nationally, and globally for entities such as United Way, Dun & Bradstreet, General Motors, and Volkswagen Financial Services AG, based in Braunschweig, Germany.

Chef Robaina classically trained at the famed French Culinary Institute and has worked with some of the culinary world’s most respected chefs, including Chef Douglas Rodriguez, Chef David Bouley, and Executive Chef Monique Barbeau at the James Beard Award-Winning Fuller’s Restaurant in Seattle. After a groundbreaking run at the prestigious Pond House Café in West Hartford as the Executive Chef, Chef Robaina launched Ani’s Table, Distinctive Food & Catering in 2019. She is a regular guest chef at Weekend Kitchen in Essex, CT, and a frequent culinary talent on WFSB’s Better Connecticut, Fox 61 Meal House, and NBC’s CT Style.

Tammy LeFoll is an attorney in Rocky Hill, having an office across the street from Noble Care Center. Tammy has been an estate planning and probate attorney in Rocky Hill for about 30 years. Her law partner is her father, Attorney Raymond LeFoll, who grew up on Stepney Circle in Rocky Hill, and who has practiced law in the town for over 50 years. The LeFoll family has strong ties to the Rocky Hill Community. Tammy is excited to continue to service the needs of the residents of Rocky Hill through Noble Care Adult Day Center. She has enjoyed setting up the themed rooms at the Center and has many creative ideas for exciting activities at the Center.

Elaina Noble, a senior in high school, created Noble Care with the help of her family after recognizing the growing need in the community. Having worked in the adult daycare setting, Elaina found she enjoyed the fun, lighthearted environment and discovered a passion for elderly care. Though still unsure of what her future holds, Elaina intends to go to college and get a degree in a field pertaining to geriatric care. Elaina is excited to watch the positive impact Noble Care will make.

Attorney Raymond LeFoll founded the firm in Rocky Hill in 1969. He practices in the field of civil litigation and has tried cases in almost every court in the state. Ray’s area of practice includes Trusts, Wills, Estates, Family Law, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and Contract and Business Law.

With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning education, mental health advocacy, and creative program facilitation, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to everything I do. My journey has taken me across Mexico, Canada, Thailand, and the USA, fostering a global perspective and a deep commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

My name is pronounced Lah-Key-Ten : Le'Kieton. I go by Q. Either is fine.I'm a child of the 80's. I was born in AL, moved to OH when I was a pre-teen. After attending school there and graduating, I started my career in the construction field. Did it for 10 -12 years before transitioning into insurance. I earned my L,H &A licenses in 2009, studied for my Series 7 & 63 licenses. Then in 2010, I earned my P&C licenses and MetLife, Nationwide, State Farm &Travelers. I've been licensed in all 50 states and US territories. Decided late in 2023 to invest in ME. Started my own Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting business. 2024 has been wonderful. I'm happy to be apart of this Networking Group.
