Successful candidate will, through observation and assessment, develop Individual Positive Behavioral Support Plans approximately 9-10 individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Psychiatric Diagnoses. In addition to the development of plan strategies, the Behaviorist is responsible for training Direct Support staff to implement the strategies as written.
